Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my partner/spouse, children, business partner(s), or other guests?

Yes! Spouses/life partners, business partners, and children are welcome to join you, though you must pay an additional activities fee for them during your event registration. (No fees for children.)

Yes! Our Group Rate is good for up to 3 days before or after the retreat. We encourage you to arrive the day before our retreat begins so you can enjoy the full check-in tour and get settled before our kickoff ceremony the evening of April 3rd.

1. Journal, Notebook, Laptop, Drawing Pad for taking notes or processing information from the sessions.

2. Items for being in the sun, salt water, and outdoor insect repellent. Natural options are provided in your room.

 

3. Come prepared for any range of activities including indoors and outdoors on the beach, relaxing, spa, dancing etc…

 

4. Leave a little space in your luggage…we never know when goodies will appear!

 

5. Beach casual attire and an all white outfit that you feel divine wearing for our White Party!

6. Come prepared to learn, to share, to connect, and to have a great time!

A Nomadic Guide is a person you are assigned as your personal concierge/butler who can only be reached via WhatsApp. Please download WhatsApp on your phone and set up your account prior to your arrival!

If you have not already, please join the HLC WhatsApp Group. We will be providing important updates here as the retreat approaches, including updates to scheduling, agendas, and logistics. Please also keep an eye on your email as additional forms may be sent for completion (think food allergies, etc).

Resort and Reservation Conditions

Resort Reservation Requirements and Cancellation Policy

Group rates are available for booking until the cut-off date, which is February 17th, 2025, forty-five (45) days prior to event dates (April 3rd). After this date guests can book at the best rate available at the time of booking.

Room rates include all taxes. Rates may be subject to adjustment in response to any tax increases or newly approved taxes by local authorities, effective from the date of this contract.

59 to 0 days before arrival, any room cancellation will result in a two-night penalty per person.

No-shows will be charged on the date of arrival, and there will be a two-night cancellation fee at the contracted group rate.

If you need to leave a day earlier than the end date of your reservation, the hotel will apply a 100% cancellation fee at the contracted group rate.
